Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Mobile Septic Pros and licensed contractors and crew members ("Contractors") who enroll in our service coordination program. By completing the crew enrollment form, you agree to these terms.
Service Coordination Agreement
Mobile Septic Pros coordinates septic tank pumping, inspection, and related services in the Mobile, AL metropolitan area. Enrolled contractors receive job assignments, scheduling information, and service coordination through our platform.
SMS Communications Consent
By enrolling as a contractor, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages from Mobile Septic Pros at the phone number you provide. These messages include:
- Job assignment notifications and schedule confirmations
- Service updates and schedule changes
- Account status and payment notifications
- Operational platform announcements
SMS communications are strictly B2B operational messages sent only to enrolled contractors who have provided written consent. We do not send consumer marketing messages or unsolicited texts.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Contractor Responsibilities
Enrolled contractors agree to:
- Maintain active licenses and insurance as required by Alabama law
- Complete assigned jobs in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate availability and schedule changes promptly
- Maintain accurate contact information in our system
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and rates are established in individual contractor agreements. Disputes regarding payment must be raised within 30 days of the service date.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service coordination relationship with 30 days written notice. Mobile Septic Pros reserves the right to remove contractors who fail to maintain required licenses, insurance, or professional standards.
Limitation of Liability
Mobile Septic Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the contractor relationship. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Disputes shall be resolved in Mobile County, Alabama.
